To fit the bit protector Pasta Bitje you need to follow the following steps:

• Add the liquid to the powder and stir for 10-20 seconds so that all the powder has become wet
• Using the spoon, fill the newly made paste in the (dental) form
• Leave the whole for at least 2 minutes; as soon as a fingerprint can be seen when the paste is touched lightly, one can continue
• Bite gently and carefully in the protector (upper teeth)
• Leave the whole for at least 5 minutes in the mouth so that the mixture around the upper teeth can become harder
• Then rinse the mouth protector well with cold water. You can remove excess paste with a knife or scissors.
• The dental protector is now ready for use.

Clean the protector well after each use, this promotes your own hygiene! You can do this with toothpaste and / or effervescent tablets. The first period can have the mouthguard a bad taste, you can remedy this by smearing with toothpaste and rinsing before use.
