These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Fightwear Shop Netherlands, located at Waanderweg 140, 7812 HZ Emmen. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Applicability
These terms apply to all consumer orders placed through our webshop www.fightwearshop.eu.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders can be paid using the following payment methods:
- iDEAL
- Bancontact
- Credit Card
- Klarna
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Bank Transfer
- Cash in Store
4. Delivery
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Emmen. Processing time is typically 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on the carrier.
5. Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)
Consumers have the right to return an order within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason.
5.1 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Returns are not accepted for:
- used or damaged items
- hygiene products such as mouthguards, hand wraps and groin guards
- custom-made or personalised items
- sale items
5.2 Return Conditions
- The item must be unused and undamaged.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 business days using the same payment method used for the original order.
7. Warranty
All products are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that a product must meet reasonable consumer expectations.
Exclusions:
- wear and tear from normal use
- damage caused by improper use
- damage caused by insufficient maintenance

9. Liability
Fightwear Shop Netherlands is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of products or incorrect information provided by the customer.
10. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, we reserve the right to cancel the agreement or delay delivery.
11. Applicable Law
These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
