The padded instep section at the top of the foot offers even further protection, crucial for those high kicks which are a signature move among some fighters. These shin guards are extremely lightweight so will not slow you down in training.

Punch Round Shin In-Step Shin Guards simply just slip on and off, with comfortable Polyester material to hold them securely in place. The compression of the material offers similar benefits to compression tops, increasing blood circulation and therefore movement efficiency in your calves.
